Welcome!

“Ho yeh!” (好嘢) is an exclamation in Cantonese meaning “Aw yeah!” or “Hooray!” Pretty much as close as you can get to jumping for joy, which I unironically do a lot. (Seriously, ask any of my friends — I usually don’t even realize I’m doing it.)

I'm a writer, artist, bookseller, and chef. I love reading literature in translation, classics, poetry, science fiction, and fantasy. I really appreciate the experimentation and quality of books from small and independent presses. I love cooking everything but Cantonese cuisine is my comfort food so it is my specialty.
